Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are arranged through our trusted freight forwarding partners, who specialize in the transport of high-value goods. Your timepieces will be fully tracked, professionally packaged, and insured in full for their journey.

Once production is complete, you will receive tracking details and an estimated delivery window. If your commission is time-sensitive, please let us know in advance and we will tailor logistics accordingly.

Customs, Duties & Import

For most destinations, IDW Editions handles all customs clearance, duties, and import arrangements on your behalf, ensuring a seamless, door-to-door experience. Should any exceptional local charges arise, our team will liaise directly with you to ensure quick and hassle-free resolution.

We ship worldwide. If you're based in a remote region or a location with unique import restrictions, please reach out before commissioning to confirm feasibility.
